Born in 1969 in Tehran/Iran, Neda Razavipour studied art in Paris at the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and the École Nationale Supérieure des Arts Décoratifs EnsAD Paris. She began to work as a stage designer  then continued in visual art and performance.

Razavipour co-founded several collectives and NGO in Iran.

She currently lives between Tehran and Luzern.
